KETO Approved Peanut Butter Bars Recipe:
This recipe is a 10 minute make ahead wonder. Throw it all in the pan. Spread with the chocolate and stick it in the fridge for a few hours. When thoroughly set and chilled…eat! So good to have a satisfying low carb, sugar free, gluten free snack handy when you need it. These bars are really great at taking the edge off your hunger without making you pay for it. To keep these snacks KETO compliant here’s how we do it!
To be very precise in your measurements we recommend you weigh your ingredients out on a kitchen scale. I use the GD scale.
To be clear. This is a VERY strict low carb diet. You need to keep the measurements exact and the ingredients as noted for best results. Learn to look closely at labels so no mistakes are made if you are substituting ingredients. It’s so easy to add unseen sugars and carbs!
INGREDIENTS FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER LAYER:
- Butter-2 oz.
- Almond Flour 68 grams
- Pyure Stevia– 25 grams
- 1/2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
- Smuckers Natural Peanut butter-124 grams
FOR THE TOPPING:
Recipe Yield: 9 Bars

- Fat 8 g
- Carbs 3 g
- Protein 3 g
- Mix all ingredients except the cocoa together.
- Press the dough into an oiled 6 inch pan
- Melt the cocoa and cool to room temperature.
- Spread the melted cocoa over the peanut butter mixture.
- Chill covered in fridge for several hours. Cut and serve!
