Our greenhouse is loaded with peppers and tomatoes right now. We absolutely love the fresh vine ripened flavor! Nothing better than seeing their cheerful colors pop up in a cold pasta salad on a hot summer day! This pasta salad recipe allows me to use a lot peppers and tomatoes, and still taste a wonderful smorgasbord of flavors. The bacon, ranch dressing, pasta blend, provide a good base for many varied ingredients. We have three varieties of peppers ripe right now so all of our meals lately pop with greenhouse color and flavor.

We are growing our first greenhouse crops this year. We rejoice in the beautiful produce it’s giving us. We have loved learning about growing organically in our greenhouse this summer. We sit in our greenhouse and gaze at the bright colors surrounding us while we discuss ‘greenhouse things’. Right now is the high harvest for peppers and tomatoes.
