Triple Berry Smoothie
A delicious triple berry smoothie packed with antioxidants and vitamins for a healthy and delicious start to anyone's day. This nutritious smoothie combines blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Milk, use more or less depending on how liquid you like your smoothie
- 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Cup 3 Fruit Blend of frozen berries, I used blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Flax Seeds
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and perfectly blended.
- If the mixture is too thick, add in some more milk or yogurt.
- If the smoothie is too thin for your liking add in extra frozen berries.
- The frozen berries are what adds thickness and density to the smoothie. If you use fresh berries it will change the consistency of the smoothie a lot.
Notes
To lower carbs replace the milk and yogurt with heavy cream. This may change the consistency of the smoothie somewhat.
